 Daylight Saving Time Update Minimize

As you may or may not know, Congress has enacted the Energy Policy Act of 2005 into law.  This mandates that Daylight Saving Time will be changing in many places throughout North America beginning in March 2007.  Daylight Saving Time will now begin on the second Sunday in March and end on the first Sunday in November.

RadioRA Chronos units built prior to March 2006 do not account for these new dates. The new start and end dates will affect the Chronos ONLY if the unit is programmed with Time of Day timeclock events (Astronomic or Sunrise/Sunset events will not be affected). If the Chronos is programmed with Time of Day events, the events will occur one hour late for a period of 3 weeks in the spring, and one hour early for a period of 1 week in the fall.
