The Lutron Basic Lighting and Sales Training (BLAST) is designed for any residential dealer or contractor who is interested in the mid-market, retrofit lighting control opportunity.

At BLAST, you will learn about:

- The "business case" for RadioRA 2 and the mid-market, retrofit opportunity
- System design and programming utilizing the RadioRA 2 Essentials software
- Integrating RadioRA 2 using third-party equipment
- Activating devices and transferring the programming

Upon completion of the course and its requirements, attendees earn access to the RadioRA 2 Essentials software that allows for system expansion of up to 100 devices.
